We look forward to helping you! We love praise when things are perfect, but if there is ever an instance where we missed the mark we would love for you to let us know so that we can make things right and improve upon our services. You can use the form below which will send us an email (you may either use your real name or an alias name if you'd rather remain anonymous), message us on Facebook, or call us anytime at (608) 217-3524. We do our best to respond to every email and phone call as quickly as possible. Thank you!
ON-SITE FREE PARKING
Free parking is available at our float center just around the corner off of Butler Street in the private parking lot behind our building. There is a "Permit Parking Only" sign as you enter the lot. You must park in one of the five designated spaces with the blue Float Madison signs about 2/3 of the way into the small shared lot. In the rare event that our spaces are taken up, additional metered parking is abundant within 2 blocks. Meters are free after 6pm and on Sundays. If you have any problems with parking please call us and we will help make it a breeze! And please do not park in our lot at times that you aren't here to float so that we have it available for current guests.
Temporary Nearby Construction Information
South Blair Street will be closed from April 4th until sometime in June. The marked detours might add about 5-15 of driving time depending on the time of day and which way you are coming from (about 1-5 minutes outside of rush hour, but around 15 minutes during rush hour). We've drawn up a map to help you avoid the busiest areas and completely avoid the area with construction. Please call us if you have any questions!
And here is a map from Madison Minutes in case you would like reference to the closures
