How To Cancel Appointments
You may cancel your own appointments online by following the directions below, as long as you do so outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, please contact us by phone (call or text) or email. Click here for our contact information
1) Log into your account like you normally would for booking appointments by clicking/pushing the blue "Book Now" button at the top of any page of our website.
2) Click the "Me" tab, along the top next to "Booking", "Store", and "Gift Cards":
3) Scroll down to view your upcoming appointments, and click the 3 dots/menu:
4) You'll now see the button for cancelling the appointment:
